Our company specialized in smaller "key system" units until we were approached by two 100+ user clients to provide system, installation and support services. After researching available VOIP PBX vendors solutions, Zultys was an easy choice. After several years and multiple deployments, Zultys remains the right choice.

Zultys is amazingly open to dealer feedback and development in helping us to meet and exceed customer's expecations.

Zultys--The best IP PBX total solution

My company, Team One Solutions, Inc. has been providing IP PBX solutions to the SMB market for over 7 years. Our management team has over 75 yrs of telephony experience with most major manufacturers including Nortel, ShoreTel, NEC, Siemens, and many others. We became Zultys resellers in 2005 after an extensive search for the best total solution IP PBX manufacturer. Zultys has delivered even more than we expected.

The Zultys MX product line offers all of the advantages of a SIP based, open standards VoIP solution with none of the downsides of generic server based, Asterisk, "Heathkit" VoIP systems that are littering the marketplace. Zultys offers enterprise class solutions like true unified communications, CRM, call recording and archiving, seamless multi-site integration, connectivity to all classes of network services from analog to SIP trunking, high volume voice and web conferencing, and a world-class user and admin interface. And they do this in a single box, not 4 or 5 or more separate servers that most of the competition (see Cisco, ShoreTel, and others) requires. And, the product scales from 20 users to 10,000.

We have found Zultys to be our best VoIP partner. They stand behind their product, they are responsive, nimble, and are constantly improving the product line.
Most importantly everyone of our Zultys end user clients have told us that they are not just happy with their buying decision, but that they got more than they expected.

Throughout their growth, we have been able to help numerous clients bridge the gap of having multiple locations, computer telephone network integration and overall provide our clients with a top-notch product at a very competitive price.

We have been approached by many different IP / PBX dealers over the years and have turned them all away as their solutions cannot begin to compete with the Zultys solution. If your looking for an IP/PBX solution, look no further than Zultys.

I have worked with Zultys since 2004 as a reseller, and have worked with many different phone systems as a VAR and ISV over the last 15 years. I can say without hesitation, Zultys has an incredible product chock-full of useful, enterprise-level features that companies of virtually any size would be happy to own.

In my business, I look for solutions that provide real ROI for me and my clients, and if you're looking for a new phone system, the Zultys MX250 or MX30 products should be on your list to consider, especially if you're comparing it with the 'heavy-weights' in the industry (Cisco, Avaya, etc.).

Not only will you get significantly more value with Zultys, but better performance with a product that was built from the ground up as a full SIP-compliant solution with no legacy telephone or network protocol baggage to influence how the products are developed.

Have a look - you won't be disappointed.
