Posted on: Jan 09, 2007It is the first time I have subscribed to a VOIP service. Intentionally I took the one with the best reviews and not the cheapest. VOIP YOUR LIFE technical service is in one word excellent, I have called or emailed them 5 x with little problems and not only these little problems but also improvements were made at their suggestion. Fax works excellent and the phone service is better than my original regular phone service, My international calls to Brazil dropped from 23 cts per minute to 4.3 cts per minute, even cheaper than calling cards.
I highly recommend VOIP YOUR LIFE after reading a lot of reviews about other companies and all the cancellations the other companies are getting. Bill B. Spring Hill, Florida

Posted on: Jan 08, 2007I have nothing but GOOD words for the guys at VYL's Tech Service. They have gone out of their way to help me configyre my setup. After hours on the phone with Jack, Cesar, Kevin and Suraj, We finally cracked the beast and got my connection going. Very friendly and helpful people. Bell Canada, on the other hand, could not help.....mostly because their CS group is off shore (India), and they know very little. I feel sorry for that company. CONGRATULATIONS VYL !!!! Keep up the good work.

Posted on: Jan 08, 2007This is my first experience with any voip company and I'm pretty sure it's going to be my last. I can't imagine finding better service for a better price anywhere. I've had it for a week and it's been amazing. I'm able to call my sister in Colorado Springs, my grandparents in Florida and my other sister in Belgium for no extra cost. I've also already had to use 911 and it worked perfectly. The operator knew my location and the police arrived in a timely manner. If you are torn between several providers choose VOIPYourLife. I've read on here that some people think that VOIPYourLife has been posting on here. I can tell you that it's hard not to sound like a VYL salesperson after experiencing their service. I've already been told by several family members and friends that I sound like I'm working for VYL now.

Posted on: Jan 07, 2007I just switched to VOIP your life from BELLSOUTH. I've had to call customer service twice and each time I talked to a real person who spoke great english. No problems with this service as of today 1-7-07. I love everything about it! It's great.
