Phone goes in and out

I have been on them for months now to fix clocks on my phone and no matter what they tell you it doesn't work. Also, the phone keeps losing service and they sent me a list of 10 things and none of it works.

Though, if you still disagree with me, then I hope your Vonage analog telephone adapter (ATA) is going to attack you in your sleep. Then it will marry your sweetheart.

I've had Vonics Digital for about 3 months. Initial setup was faultless - just plugged the device into my router and was up and running! Plugged it into my house wiring after disconnecting the land line and it works fine with all phones. I can also fax out over it. After a couple of weeks of no problems I transferred my original land-line number over. This had some issues and took a couple of days to resolve, but everything was resolved within 3 days of the original scheduled date. All along the phone service has been working without a flaw and once the other initial issues were worked out I've had no problems.

International Rates are FANTASTIC

Can't think of any at the moment.
Hi, I rarely take the time to do anything like this; however, I thought I ought to share great feedback about this company.
We have had Vonage, Voip Your Life, Packet8 and then went back to Qwest landline for a year, before we have given Vonics Digital a chance.
We do make a lot of international calls, their prices are fantastic. We had a few glitches upon connecting that were worked out with a tech's adjustments.
We have been with them for 6 months and are very pleased with the service. I am hoping to be a long time customer with Vonics Digital!

A breath of Fresh Air...

They speak English.
They answer the phone.
They are very friendly and helpful.
Their price is just right.
The only thing I regret is taking so long to decide on to whom I am going to switch to. I was way overdue in replacing my VoIP provider but not wanting to make another mistake I was doing my research. I looked at many. Finally tired of looking, one day I was about to just order when I ran into "Vonics Digital." The reviews & price were enough to make me order that very day. NO regrets on this choice. If you are looking to switch or this is your first time I would stop looking and go for it with Vonics Digital.

So Far So Good!!!

None, so far!
I recently signed up with Vonics Digital on 10/17/2007 and received the equipment on 10/23/2007. The setup was a snap and I was able to use it immediately. Voice quality is about the same as my landline. I do have cable with average measured download/upload of 2-3meg/300-400k. I'm still testing the whole thing…so far so good. I have not had to call customer service, so no experience there. Hope this helps.

Customer Service
I have never had such excellent service ever. This company is accurate to their word. They told me that they would send my adapter in seven to nine days, and it was here, unlike another company, Vonage, in which it took them three weeks. The customer service/technical support group/man was just phenomenal. He got back to me quickly and solved all of my issues. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone. They are superb!

Dropped Packets
Posted on: Nov 25, 2007Unreliable. I'm looking for a replacement.
I've been with Vonics for 5 months and am very dissatisfied with the service. During a phone call voices stop and then come back quite often even when I have turned off all computers in my home. Firmware upgrades don't help.
