Increased pricing by 80% as of 08-01-2012. Overpriced and unreliable. All the good features mean nothing when the system doesn't work. They have had system failures monthly which last 1-6 hours. Yes, that means you can't get or make any calls during this period of time. Also, many of their features have software issues and don't work.

I have been with Ring Central 2+ years, they are growing too fast and they are getting sloppy in the service. I don't recommend them and I will be looking for a new VOIP company to switch too.
Would not recommend to a friend.
