The first plan is ThinkStandard: it provides high-quality and unlimited calling within the United States and Canada. However, there aren't too many bells and whistles with this plan; it's pretty much call waiting and voicemail.
ThinkPlus is where things get really good. It keeps unlimited calling and a versatile voicemail inbox, but it adds an extension and a wide variety of useful features: call queues, ring groups, auto attendants, and a professional recording service for your various messages are among the featured features. It also comes with a dedicated fax line.

ThinkBright's Unlimited Hosted PBX plans starting at $39.95 include unlimited U.S. calls, multiple lines, extensions, auto attendant, waiting rooms, hunt groups, voicemail and much more. I've tried Packe8 (disaster) and Vocalocity (nice people, totally unreliable service). Now, I believe ThinkBright might be the answer. Great customer service, easy set up, no hidden fees.....and so far it works like VoIP is supposed to work.

Simply the best! Saved my company a ton!
Posted on: Jan 17, 2009Excellent Technical support when needed. Fast in setup, Prices are excellent. Allows businesses to consolidate multiple companies each with seperate auto attendants all under one account
I have a chain of restaurants in the new york area. thinkbright helped me consolidate all my locations under one bill. now if someone calls they dont have to hang up, i can simply transfer them to another location extension to extension. I am paying also a fraction of what i was paying before. When i called in initially for questions the agent really knew his stuff and helped me every inch along the way.

Fast Setup
Posted on: Nov 13, 2007Fast setup. Great knowledge of VOIP. Even when problem was related to my ISP they helped me out and gave me out.
Make sure not to run BearShare with VOIP, but thats my fault :)
Got my company up fast and quickly.
