RingCentral nearly destroyed our business
I am the founder of a charter school and rely upon our phone system for parent communication. At this time I rely on the phone system for parents to call and enroll their children. We just distributed 20,000 fliers and our main phone number died... we get a message, "this number not yet allocated." I am on hold, again.
This is the second time this has happened in the past 8 months. Last time was a customer service nightmare and took nearly 4 weeks to resolve. We were going to switch providers but was talked back into RingCentral by a manager. The nightmare is on again but this time I'm switching immediately.
If you rely upon your phones for customer communication - don't go with RingCentral.
