RingCentral: More Than Meets Our Needs
You get a professional phone system without the hassle of expensive equipment. Very good customer service.
Initial setup can be a bit confusing and cumbersome. Not all features work with some phones.
We have now had RingCentral for over 2 years and have been very pleased with the service overall. We aren't a large organization, but have appreciated the number of features and flexibility that are available to us through this service. We have found that it does take some time to understand how everything works. I would classify the user interface as being more "PC-like" than "Mac-like". Unless you have a dedicated IT person, expect a learning curve for the first few weeks. I have always had a good experience with Customer Service. I've never had to wait long to speak to someone and they have been knowledgable and courteous. As one review said, expect to spend some time on the phone if you are troubleshooting a problem. We've never experienced an outage or were otherwise unable to use our phone system. RingCentral is not perfect, but they have more than adequately met our needs.
