I have been using RC for a couple of months now and I find it very intuitive and easy to use. Initially I signed up to transfer my toll free number over from AT&T and to get a virtual fax number, that I previously used J2 fax for. The new service costs me one third of what I used to pay for the two features combined! That's a great deal. I also like the pro-active customer support. I found it helpful when RC folks reached out to me as a new client and offered help with the setup or learning new features.
My only reservation is the limited reporting available to me. I have multiple lines attached to different divisions within the company and would like to be able to track the number of calls on each line, where they are coming from and their duration from my RC account. So far I have not found that information available anywhere inside the portal.
All in all, I think this a great resource for a small business and, potentiall, for a larger company also. I recommend RC to all my clients.
