I like the RingCentral service a lot. I compared many before settling on their service. The virtual PBX and auto-attendant is slick. Even though I only have one extension, I have multiple voicemail boxes and it looks, to the world, like I have more than one extension. The sound quality is very good and the IP phone I purchased from them is very high quality. Setup is complicated, but they lead you through it, and it is very flexible. I am happy with this choice.
Would recommend to a friend.
