I was a Time Warner Cable client with my promotional rate ending so I decided to look at other companies with better rates. After comparing many of the VoIP companies, what attracted me to QT Talk was the very helpful and friendly sales person and a no hassle signup process. They also have a feature that enables me to make international long distance calls from my cellular phone to my family in Venezuela. When I'm on the road I would buy and keep Calling Cards in my wallet for convienience but realized how the talk time would disappear in no time with all the hidden fee's. Now no more worries of fee's, running to stores to buy cards when they run out or having to dial a zillion numbers to make one simple call. They helped me program my cell phone for "ready to dial" my destination in the press of one button for easy use. I feel like I was using a rotary phone all this time and now have a touch tone. Let me also mention the rates are great. It's a no brainer with this company. I even recommended them to my family here in America so they to can communicate back home and save themselves money as well. You to should give them a try.

I'm now using QT Talk for little over 2 months now and I must say I am very pleased across the board with the experience. The thing that most impressed me most beside the cost was their technical support team. They patiently walked me through my issue spending over an hour and a half with me to resolve my problem. What was more refreshing is that their tech support department is actually here onshore in the U.S.A. and not in some other country. It’s nice to see a company that seems to get the picture about keeping jobs in America. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a lasting relationship with a reliable company.

I’ve been with Qt Talk for a little over a year now. I have been more then satisfied from day one. I was very unsure about switching to this new phone service since I’m not a very technical savvy person, and thought a Voip phone would be difficult. Qt talk put those worries at ease by taking the time to explain everything to me thoroughly, and making me feel comfortable. Since then they have cut my bill by over 50%, and have supplied me with excellent phone service and very aggressive international rates so I can call my family over seas. They have also supplied excellent customer service by answering any questions I’ve had and being patient with me. This is just as important to me as the savings since helping the consumer seems to be a forgotten thing. They also were good to there word I recommend 4 friends and received 4 months free by enrolling in the family and friends program.
