Ported phone number from Vonage. Purchased device from Best Buy. The package came with Home adapter and USB portable adapter. Took about 10 days to port phone number from Vonage. Then called Vonage and cancelled service. Sound quality seem goods. Time will tell.Dealing with customer service has ben great.Sound quality is fine. No complaints.Price is very good. One of the lowest. Did the yearly plan. Second year you must pay taxes, after the first year.Reliablilty. Too soon to tell.Nice set of features. Did like the voice mail to e-mail that vonage offered. Thats the only reason it didn't get 5/5. I'll update in the future.Bobo
