PennyTel is an Australian VoIP service provider that offers VoIP phone services to Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. PennyTel also offers mobile broadband,  mobile phone service, and international money transfer.

That's a lot of stuff. I'll just profile the VoIP service, specifically Crazy Talk.

That's not a penny but it's close enough. I don't know if there's a better offer out there from Australia.
