Product not perfect but thought it was good for the price when it was working. The Live Chat is ridiculous - the people that work there do not speak English and are probably sitting around playing Ping Pong somewhere while responding to you. They will not help you unless you pay for a replacement device and pay for shipping as well. No apologies for the inconvenience, no acknowledgement that the product is cheaply manufactured (thus ensuring more money to the owner of the company). They have odd names too that cant possibly be real unless they are on the other side of the world. I strongly recommend that you not buy this product because it works for a short period of time and then you are past the 30 day trial conveniently. Eventually Magic Jack will go out of business due to all the people they have ripped off. Maybe not for a ton of money but there truly is a sewing and reaping law. You simply cannot take advantage of another person without some type of karma coming back. It's like gravity. My advice is to skip the product and try another VoIP for free from computer to computer. But if you are addicted to mistreatment and are comfortable with abuse from your dysfuntional family by all means join the other victims on here. RUN, I mean RUN from this offer. Am now waiting for the replacement device that I paid for so I can at least finish out the year I already paid for but am unable to receive without paying shipping and for the replacement of the defective product they probably intentionally sent me and many others. Thus I am without a phone for however long it takes to arrive in addition to having been ripped off by this unscrupulous company. Read all the reviews prior to purchasing this piece of junk.
