Onebox Live Receptionist

Onebox also has a live receptionist option. A live receptionist will greet your callers and route their calls accordingly. Onebox Live receptionist costs $169.95/month and gives you 100 live reception minutes.

Onebox Executive

Onebox aims Onebox Executive at small office/home office establishments who need complete control over their communications system. With Onebox Executive, you get a virtual assistant who greets callers and directs them to you based on your schedule (so you can make sure that you get calls when you need and want them). Onebox Executve costs $16.95/month and includes 100 minutes of call time a month.

Unified Messaging

Unified Messaging includes email, fax, and voicemail services to better manage your messaging needs. For $12.95/month, you get combo of 100 minutes and 100 fax pages, plus voicemail sent to your email. Voice messages can also be sent to your email as a text transcription.

Onebox plans do not require setup fees, long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

What about Canada?

Onebox does offer service in Canada. Onebox has phone numbers available in Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Richmond, Victoria and New Westminster. Onebox plans to offer Canadian numbers in other cities.

Also, Onebox does not charge extra for calls to, from, and in Canada.
