As others have pointed out on this forum, switching to nextiva solely for fax is not the best idea. If there was a features category, I'd say for the most part everything is good and I like it. But a fax line is lacking and I can't use my fax machine with them. Taking the fax out of this topic, nextiva is a wonderful provider. The price is good and they offer everything I need. Based on what I've seen I started off expecting great service and received it. Voicemails are sent to my iPhone and I can listen to them without calling my number. Not too sure if there is a better deal out there right now.
