Just having a bill that does not fluctuate is a good feeling. Verizon would give me a bill that changed every month for the worse and I got fed up. I quickly jumped to using Vonage for business after leaving Verizon. Based on what I saw and the feedback I got, you'd figure it's a good switch. Vonage was far better than Verizon when it came to billing and I can't complain about the pricing one bit. Voip has easily saved me $150 each month. The reason I left Vonage was the service. By service I don't mean the call quality because for the majority of the calls I've made they sound clear. I left Vonage because of the customer service. My negative feedback on Vonage should be reserved for a review on them but for the price they are average and a decent play.
Nextiva on the other hand has been perfect from the get-go. Customer service has been ideal with Nextiva. Calls I've made with Nextiva are also clear and no problems technically. My wife and I are the only two people that use the phones at our office.
The response time has always been prompt and of help. The people are very nice and in arizona. I've recommended them to other businesses I deal with.
