Reviewed by: LMontgomery (xxx.xxx.168.54) Just having a bill that does not fluctuate is a good feeling. Verizon would give me a bill that changed every month for the worse and I got fed up. I quickly jumped to using Vonage for business after leaving Verizon. Based on what I saw and the feedback I got, you'd figure it's a good switch. Vonage was far better than Verizon when it came to billing and I can't complain about the pricing one bit. Voip has easily saved me $150 each month. The reason I left Vonage was the service. By service I don't mean the call quality because for the majority of the calls I've made they sound clear. I left Vonage because of the customer service. My negative feedback on Vonage should be reserved for a review on them but for the price they are average and a decent play. |
