magicjack gives you exactly what they promise, cheap and reliable phone service. I have been using the product for about two months now and do not have any complaints. If you want to get away from the monthly phone bills from you land line provider, give magicjack a try.

Absolutely love my magicJack PLUS. I had the regular magicJack and upgraded to the PLUS a month or two back. One of two minor issues when setting up with my new router, but with a bit of "trial and error", everything is working correctly and I have never had a problem since.

My wife and I are big fans of magicjack. We have used it for almost a full year with no problems and we just renewed for another year actually. My wife uses it every day and talks a lot, our home phone bill was outrageous before. I highly recommend the magicjack and if you are thinking about buying one, definitely give it a shot!

They charged my account $86.47, I told them that moment I saw the charge I want my money back, they said 3-5 Business days. When I contacted them back they said they never took my money. So I called my bank and they are investigating the company for stealing my money. They refused to provide a phone number even for a owner/manager. DO NOT buy from them, too much of a hassle for 86 dollars...

Have been using magicjack for about two years now and I am very satisfied with it. I use it as my home phone line and the call quality is very good. I also like the fact that I can bring it with me on my travels abroad and use the Hotel Internet connection to call home, free of charge.

Purchased a magicJack from BestBuy and have loved it ever since I started using it.

Call quality is better than my landline and cellphone together. The price cannot be beaten. I have had questions about the product and its features and their customer support has been extremely helpful. I love the fact that you don't need to call and hold for 30+ minutes until someone picks up. Chat is easy and you can multitask while chatting with them.

I bought a magicjack plus for my son to use in his dorm room at college last year. So far so good. We have an original jack at the house, and have been able to talk to our son on the opposite coast, for free, without wasting our cell phone minutes. Sound is great, call quality excellent. My husband and I have recommended the product to our neighbors and friends. We bought a five year plan for our jack and for our son's plus. Magicjack has 3 happy customers from this household!

I am sorry that I didn't know about this earlier. There is nothing not to like. My phone bill has gone from $250 per year down to $30 per year! I kept my home phone number for the device.

The online customer service is great. I am glad to give up a customer service person on the phone for huge savings.

I use a cordless phone, but any phone will work. I have a magic jack at my office as well as at my house, and it works really well. If someone leaves a message, I get an email with a recording of the voice message.

As long as the Internet is running, the phone works. If the Internet stops workin for some reason, I have a cellular phone for backup.

I dialed a local number to use a phonecard for international calls, was told there would be a charge. But you'll never going to find out how much is the charge. All you can see is you prepaid balance going down fast. Here is the end of my chat with 'the highest level of support you can chat with'.
