Lingo Customer Service and Billing Policies Sucks...... Customer Service Bad.... Billing Serivce Bad................Never think of Lingo when looking for VOIP

I had signed Lingo Service contract for 1 year in Feb'2008. Now they say according to Lingo's policy terms and conditions can be changed any time, so Lingo had changed terms and conditions October 2008 and made my contract for two years. So now if i need to cancel it i need to pay $99.99 cancellation fee....

How can they do that ????????????? I never heard such kind of policies changing when and then according to company wish????????

More over its bing adventure reaching customer service getting this line cancelled. I need to spend half a day in getting this done through our great Lingo Customer Service....

What if i endup my thought of cancellation and continue and if they change policy in next yeat and say contract is extened and cancellation fee is $1000.00 ?????

So guys please think 100 times before you signup for Lingo VOIP......The Company can change policies as they can and you end up paying all the billsss. It's not worth saving $5 a month and paying $100.00 at the end of the year.....
