I did my research before I chose a VOIP service. My experience with VOIP prior to Jive was with Packet 8 with a previuos company. When it came time to start my own businessI chose Jive. Great customer service with installation and changes. Easy to use phones. If you want to stop your research now on VOIP and go with a great product then choose Jive, you will not be disappointed.
