Jive: Happy Customer

The service is lovely and folks at jive respond quickly. I'm a happy customer. I LOVE the interface for changing our call structure. It's so easy and I can change things instantly, without having to call the support desk. We enjoy having the voicemails forwarded to our email, like other providers. The desk phone is awesome. We have just a basic Cisco 4 line phone. It's lovely.

Sometimes I wish that Jive could recommend a perfect Softphone. We have 3 Softphones and 1 desk phone, and the desk phone is lovely. The softphone is slightly less reliable.

I recommend Jive without reservation. I think if you're less internet savvy, then you might get frustrated with all VOIP systems. Jive is the easiest I've seen.
