We've been using Jive for over a year and they have done a good job for us.  Their feature set is very unique, and I LOVE that I know what my bill is going to be each month.

Great interface for laying out your phone system. Support in the USA.
Little support info on their web site. Hard to find admin login from web site.

Great company for telephone service. High quality and great support. I have told my family and friends to stop using their expensive landline providers and to go with Jive. It is a great value.

The feature set supports everything a modern, virtual office needs to present a professional image to the world. We did extensive research in the beginning and, after 2 years, I wonder why anyone would choose another company. Get Jive!

Jive could not get much better. People often ask "are you there?" because there is absolutely no noise on the line.

I have been using Jive for 2 years and have had no problems.  The feature set is more inclusive than some systems.  Having a conference bridge included is a big deal for us.  They also just released a new web interface that lets you have incredible flexibility over how the entire system operates.  We have no office and are able to seamlessly link a group of people with desk phones and cell phones.  Our customers have no idea that we are all working in separate offices.

Great feature set for the price. Great and responsive customer service. Simple pricing.
Would be nice to have an efax service.

I moved from a VOIP provider that nicke and dimed each time you wanted more features.  JIVE is simple.. ALL their features for the SAME price always.  Jennifer my sales rep has always been helpful in getting answers that I needed and their Technical Support team is very well trained.

100% pure control over my services via the web interface and/or a call up Technical Support and they will help. Have as many "companies" as you want each with its own Automated attendant.....They are amazing at service both provided and on the phone.

Have already recommended Jive to other businesses (they even gave me an account credit for one that signed up).  If they'd offer internet in my area, I'd sign up for that too.

Cool features, really simple pricing (got my first invoice, it only has 5 line items...). Website for making changes to my account.
They don't offer internet in my area, I still have to use AT&T for DSL.

Well pleased with the switch (were using Qwest with an old Panasomic PBX).  The reports are very useful for analyzing calls - I probably use those every few days to check out my employees and numbers.

Personal touch - their setup team spent the time to get everything up and running like a I want Reporting - I can see reports that break up calls to my different numbers

I switched from Aptela to save money....what a mistake that was, now I have to go switch again :(
 
Save yourself the hassle and go with a quality provider. Tried calling customer service and got a busy signal?!? You get what you pay for.

Good features. Cheapest game in town.
Really bad reliability, they're down a lot (like right now) and have poor sound quality.

I've used a number of other online voip providers. Jive is the first with a combination of excellent service and customer service. What a relief!

Customer service has been great. Knowledgeable and friendly. You can actually understand them...they speak English well versus customer service reps with some other companies that you can't communicate with.
