Intelfone's so called service & low price claim

It's a lie that they charge $8.25 because slowly they keep on increasing the bill every month. I think 1 to 2 month it was $8.25 then I saw $13.00 & something and now its about $26.00. Service is also not good....we never can understand our voice mail. The other day I cancelled their voice mail and started our phone's voice mail still not clear it's kind of wavy, not clear at all. I don't know how they can claim cheaper and good service. I never wrote against any company this kind of comment 'cause never found service like this one .......so low and cheating in the bill, means kept on increasing the bill without letting us know.

Even when I talked to the customer service.......it seemed to me that the guy means the customer service agent does not care at all. He asked me " Shall I cancel your account ......I can do anything to lower the price or he couldn't do anything to improve the service, so imagine what kind of service they are providing.
