Great service, excellent support and quick turn around time.  Professional stuff with local representation and knowledgeable folks.
Have been with them for 3 years for both biz and personal use - will continue using them and recommend to all by associates.

Improcom is one of the most organized well operated VOIP company I have ever used. I use them for my office service, and have a total of 15 lines. they came and installed the same day, quality is great with my cable  modem. the features are grate on the phone, love the fact that i can forward the calls anywhere and even take the phone and work from home. my business is leasing cars in the us and exporting cars to Europe, the rates save me over $200 a month on international calls just from switching from my old service provider. I shopped around for service for a few months before stopping my search with Improcom and trust me this is the best value for your money. Allen KhaselevSignature Auto Group

We've been customers for several years now. Improcom has personable, friendly and reliable service. I know that if there are ever any performance issues or needs from our end that I can email or call them up and get it resolved quickly. We are a 1-site office with about 20 users using VoIP phones. We also have a T1 for all the voice lines with Improcom. I highly recommend them!

The guys at Improcom are truly great. I hate the feeling of being just a number in a company.
These guys make you feel important no matter if your big or small. We are a ISP out of NYC, with alot of phones, and rely on there services to be top notch. Our system can not be down at all.  We have important calls everyday from thousands of customers, and not once have we had a outage with Improcom. And the price is just icing on the cake.

I own an internet company and rely heavily on VOiP service for all my call center needs. Improcom has always provided great reliable service. I would highly recommend this company, the prices are the best in the industry and support is excellent.

We are fast growing amusement company, and our projects take us all around the world. With Improcom we have a great service since 2005 that lets our employees to stay connected with the main office without driving our phone bills to the sky. We establish our mobil office in the matter of minutes in any place, where you can have an access to the Internet, and the Improcom provides us with reliable connection, perfect sound, so that the clients and vendors never guess that they are calling overseas.
The Web Portal with Improcom is very informative and thoughtfull. It has all practical features that let anyone handle voice mail, redirect phone calls, create large phone conferences, and to do many more things by using your laptop.
Improcom offers very reasonable, competitive ,and straight forward monthly and international rates, free of confusing multiple hidden charges practiced by other telephone companies.
Improcom has very efficient and friendly customer service with knowledgible technical and administrative personnel. You don';t have to wait on line forever, listening to the music -on-call, or follow long confusing directions in order to speak to the life person. If we ever had any problems or technical questions Improcom resolved them typically within 30 minutes or much faster

I am a Doctor and have my offices in a few areas of New York. I use Improcom's service for about 4 years.  I changed a location of my medical office, but didn't loose my patients.  My phone number and its provider Improcom follow me all the time.  I am in different places on different days, but the phone always rings where I am, even if I am staying home.  My patients can always reach me and if I move, they move with me, without losing the way to find me, my phone number never changes.  Improcon's customer service is always available and ready to assist.  I never had any problem with connection. Thank you, Improcom!

I am an attorney and maintain my main office in New York.  I use Improcom's services for about 4 years.  I love their service. I can use my phone from any place of the world, including my home office in New York, my home in NY State and my home in FL.  I am always available for my clients.  If I am on vacation in Europe, I still can make phone calls from my lap top and receive direct calls there.  Customer service is available any time of the day and night.  I never had any problems with a connection.  If I need to add any future to my system or remove something, it is done within minutes from my email or phone call to Improcom.  I will be happy to give you more details about Improcom service if needed.

The people at Improcom are great to work with. They are always very quick to resolve any issues that come up, often taking care of things within the hour! Even when it's not their problem (internet connection, etc), they're quick to work with us to make our experience the best it can be.
Since most providers are pretty homogeneous when it comes to price and features, go with the company that has the best customer service. For us, that's been Improcom, hands down. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have switched my phone services to Improcom from another VoIP service provider recently. With this change I now have a robust user interface which allows me to customize all of my calling features and settings for each of the handsets. I get tons of free calling features included with the hosted PBX package which almost every other carrier I interviewed said would have additional cost.  The expertise of their Cisco trained engineers is unparallel to the outsourced technical support that you would normally experience with most larger providers. My company has now increased productivity because we are spending less time dealing with the poor service provided by our previous carrier. Their agents are accessible even when in the field because of the mobility offered with Improcoms "follow me" and "find me" features.

Affordable pricing and excellent support.
Recently switched, so I do not have any to list.
