Hyperdog Digital offers residential and business VoIP plans to best accommodate your communication needs. For low monthly fees and unbeatable deals, Hyperdog Digital provides customers with a wide variety of plans.
Hyperdog has two basic residential calling plans: Popular Unlimited and Home Basic. Both provide unlimited incoming calls and low rates international rates. Home Basic limits outbound calling to 500 minutes a month (over limit calls vary based on the calling destination). Popular Unlimited is, naturally, unlimited calling in the US and Canada. As a new feature, Hyperdog has also begun offering a choice of free calls to Europe or Asia. The rates for Popular Unlimted plan vary based on the length of your contract.
Hyperdog also offers a variety of small business VoIP plans. Business Basic gets two phone lines with 1,500 minutes for use in the United States and Canada. Business Unlimited offers unlimited calling to the US, Canada, and your choice of free calls to Europe or Asia.

Fast!
Posted on: Sep 12, 2007I just signed up right off their site...took me about five minutes. A few days later I got the adapter and was up and going with no problems. I was really surprised at how fast this stuff comes together. I didn't call in to any of their numbers so I really can't comment on that.

Getting Better

other than a bad device, none
When I first signed up I had alot of problems with connectivity. After a short conversation with support it turns out I had a bad adapter. They sent me a new one and it seems to be working much better. I guess there can be bad devices from time to time, but maybe they could test them before sending them out.

Posted on: Sep 11, 2007They must not have many people on sales or are just really busy cause I was never able to get through on the phone. I did leave a message and they got back to me very quickly, within an hour. So that was good. Email communication was very quick as well. Other than that I have no gripes. The product and support have been very good and I would recommend to friends.

What a difference
Posted on: Sep 11, 2007Went from a $90 phone bill to just $20! Their instructions for wiring up all the phone lines was a little confusing to me, but I called their Customer Support and they walked me through it. They need to rework that document for us non-technical people.
