Purchased the item and was supposed to get 1 year free service with purchase. On the 6 month anniversary, got cut off. Attempted to contact them on internet and the "operator" didn't know her - - well didn't know anything After 35 minutes and couldn't solve the problem, they cut me off. Got on internet again, paid to remain on line for another year. On the 4th day since paying for what should have been included with the original purchase, I still do not have phone service. DO NOT buy this trash. The company is totally unreliable and a BIG rip off. If you try to contact them by phone they give you a long speal and then telll you to wait for next operator. Then you are cut off. I called them 9 times and got the same response. Right now I am out over 2 hundred dollars and have no phone service. Even Ma Bell isn't this bad.
Would not recommend to a friend.

After another 2 hours on the internet, they tell me I have to pay another $3.00 because I have a Canada phone number. However, the 396 exchange is Navarre, FL and that is where I live. I paid the additional monies and still do not have phone service. I am reporting them to the State of Florida as fraud. DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH FROM THEM. THEY ASK FOR A RATING FIELD. i WON'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT AM REQUIRED TO DO THAT.
