Ordered 2 of them in April..One of the usb power adapters didnt work have spent 6 hrs typing customer service 4 times .They keep telling me same as today be patient and wait for email from there engineers..OVER 2 MONTHS today . ...Patience is wearing thin..Customer service doesnt seem to be concerned at all...Great product when it works..When it doesnt TERRIBLE
Would not recommend to a friend.
