Pros
Price for quantity of faxes is good, being able to email the fax encrypted is a great feature.

Cons
Wish it would save faxes for longer than a month and sometimes our faxes stay in the out box for up to 30 minutes before it sends it.

We use this service as a fax only so we cannot comment on the phone feature. This is a very affordable fax service compare to others and I would recommend it to others.
Would recommend to a friend.
