I am an attorney and have enjoyed RingCentral's features for my business. My office phone can be easily forwarded to my cell phone for when I am away from my desk, my faxes and voicemails are delivered via email with attachments that I can save to the client's file on my server. I LOVE the RingCentral app on my cell phone. I have never had an issue with call quality nor customer service.
Would recommend to a friend.
