There were many options for phone service that I considered when shopping for a new system. Chicago Business VoIP had the ease and quality I was looking for. Their website was extremely informative, and their customer support was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend CBV to any small business looking for a stress free phone system.

When I needed a high quality low cost VoIP solution to help my business through these tough times CBV was there. The website was very easy to use and I could not be happier. I was able to cut my TCO in half by using CBV services. I don't know where my company would be without it.

Started out with Magic Jack and had soooo many problems with the quality of the service and I was unable to return the product!!! I switched to Chicago VoIP and the quality is AMAZING. The price is a little higher, but you get what you pay for!!! Customer service was very friendly and the equiptment was as easy as simply pluging it in.
