Long time Aptela customer comments

Pros: Pricing (9 out of 10), flexibility (10 of 10), free inbound fax line (10 of 10). Voice quality using the Polycom HD Voice phones is fantastic.
Cons: Keep in mind that this is not a Vonage account. With the added features, there is added complexity. The interal set up can be difficult to get used to, but it is worth going through the learning curve. Also, the outbound internal fax is somewhat undependable (suggest continuing to use analog line for this and during power outages).

As the owner of a collection agency and a payment processing sales organization, I require the maximum amount of flexibility the VoIP has to offer. The Aptela system gives me every feature I can possibly imagine. Other businesses that I talk to are amazed at how I am able to configure our system to handle the individual need of the collection part of the business, while at the same time being able to keep my sales force easily accessable to their clientele. The overall cost for this system exceeds my expectations.
