Amazing Service, Easy and unlimited configuration

Our business only employees 3 people, however we run alot of little businesses, all with their own domain names, addresses customer service departments, etc.

I tried 5 YES COUNT THEM 5 other services that would cater to this type of setup without having to buy 5 pbxs separately. Jive was the ONLY one who completely met all the requirements we had.

We are able to call out using their lines feature on each individuals business number and caller id name as well as when we get calls in identify where people are calling from to answer the phone correctly.

Scott(support) and Jen(sales) took the time to hear me out and setup my account properly and really treated me like I was a BIG company even though my company is just a 3 person company.

I cannot recommend them enough! :)

P.S. That is not to mention their amazing visual dialplan designer that I have seen no where else...
