I've been using VYL for just over 3 months for my home office. The service quality is excellent! I have multiple conference calls throughout the week and have NEVER had an issue with quality or reliability. I would recommend VYL to anyone wishing to save some $$. This morning, I had the need to send a fax and was a bit nervous. The fax cover page had a barcode for scanning purposes. The fax went through perfectly!!! (ie. no packet loss whatsoever!!!) Thank you to VYL for finally providing a great consumer VoIP Product!!
