Long history here folks...Pros: Call quality, reliability, FEATURES, price competitive, use of low cost Polycom phones with autodeployment behind standard DHCP, best multi-site or remote sales office integration available.
Cons: Potential feature set is so robust it can be a bit overwhelming at first and because of this some people don't take advantage of everything that is there.
Reviewed by: mbernoski (xxx.xxx.19.41) I am an IT integrator and have been using Aptela for 4 years now both internally and for many clients. I have evaluated all the service offerings available and as a business VOIP platform they stand head and shoulders above the rest. They are price competitive but the real value is from the feature set they deliver. Businesses are able to use these features to change business processes and flows, resulting in increased productivity per employee and most importantly more customer responsiveness. I have clients who have saved 5x the cost of the entire phone bill in productivity increases while still saving a bit of money versus old style copper lines. The call quality and reliability is good, the customer service and support is better than the Bell companies, and the flexibility of deployment across geographic regions using consumer grade DSL or cable modems is something that many VOIP providers simply cannot do. You won't find a better provider out there. I have looked! - Mike B. |
