crashes and outages

Pros: Asterisk, cheap.
Cons: I don't see much value as a business phone system, unstable, poor quality, clueless operations people.

Worldsmart is not smart it crashes my outlook every 5 mins.
Quite some serious outages lately from a few mins to hours.
People there have no clue about the industry in which they operate.

Not recommended.
