Joi Phone is the worst Service ever

I got joi phone and used it for 2 weeks. The phone was not working so good. I called up to joi phone and they told me to increase the internet speed. I increased to 7 mbps and it was same again. Well, i returned it with in 15 days. Now the problem is they give you million reasons to avoid returning the amount. They said I used more than 250 minutes in the trial period so they cant refund me now (which I haven't).
I advice you friends, I dont have anything against joi phone but, if you are returning the product, take it for granted they are not going to refund you even if you follow all the rules of refund policy.
