I am with JoiPhone since June 2008. I have extended my contract for another 2 years. I am very happy about the quality of service. I had issues with some of the connections but after reporting these issues they always are able to fine tune any bad connections. You cannot compare VIOP with land line phones. Land line phones with all the trimmings that JoiPhone give are $30+ per month and not just $8.95 per month. Customer Service has always been on top of any issues I have had. Their accounts department is another story. You are unable to speak with anybody in that department and can only communicate via email.

I use their service at my home and on my cell phone.
