Broadvoice is terrible - BEWARE!Pros: cheap
Cons: Everything else. Quality and customer support are TERRIBLE.
Reviewed by: Shanna (xxx.xxx.162.196) I am a new customer to Broadvoice. I had VOIP with Vonage for 5 years. Broadvoice has terrible customer service. Spoke to someone named Ravi that was rude and completely unable or unwilling to help me. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the only one in the building! How small is their customer support anyway? Called back and got him again. I guess they really are not set up to help their customers - maybe he was the only one in the building. The sound quality is absolutely terrible and in 2 days of being active has already dropped 3 calls (out of about 10). Not good. I'm already cancelling. Their product doesn't work well and they won't support it. What other choice do I have? |
