Pros: Customer service reps are very knowledgable,price is good, connection good.

We have recently switched from In Talk to Aptela, in high hopes of better customer service and price. I strongly recommend Aptela! Based in AZ, we have many connection problems, none with Aptela. The switch was very easy and there were no set up fees, Aptela is something to look into.
