Why are VOIP companies charging de-activation fees? Broadvoice, Vonage and many other providers charge disconnection fees.
I believe that this is a poor practice and practically a slap to the face. This practice does not thank the customer for their past business.
I moved away from Broadvoice and went with True Call International since they do NOT charge these fees.
I recommend these companies stop charging termination fees. It is basically a contract fee, in many cases range $40 to $90.
