WARNING WARNINGPros: Their are none.
Cons: WARNING!!!!
Everything about this company seems wrong.
Phone service does not work.(I have Vonage with no problems at all).
Reviewed by: skee360 (xxx.xxx.206.247) Teleblend phone service is bad. Their costumer service is nonexistent and don't even try to email Teleblend you will receive a response months later. I was a Sunrocket costumer that purchase, the buy a year get a year free, but when they switch over to Teleblend they did not honor my deal and Teleblend service was bad, I could not receive or make phone calls so I canceled my service and got an email back 2 months later saying my account was closed, then 3 months later I receive an email from Teleblend saying my account was past due. I email them back telling them I had canceled my account and sent them a copy of my cancellation email from 3 months ago, and they still sent my bill to a collection agency with a past due and late fees. I'm glad I save all my emails. I and my attorney are currently waiting for a response from the collection agency. |
