Magic Jack is the worst product I spent money on for any electronics or otherwise.
It will take you 3 or 4 tries before you May or May NOT get conected. You will not hear the ring and the other party picks up the phone and no one is on the line even though their phone rang and you can not hear what is happening. a ONE WAY phone system.

My brother never facing this problem but I do because i used to use normal phone to my works. My brother is a businessman. He always going around the world for his businesses. So he always looking to buy a Hosted PBX phone.my brother has Hosted PBX and he got lot of advantage from it. I m also looking forward buy that one

I'm unsure why you are getting so many problems but it works perfectly for me on an older machine.

Pentium 4 2.8ghz / 786mb DDR ram..

Decent $20.00 a month DSL connection. I use the MagicJack while playing WoW, watching youtube, downloading files or using BitTorrent, you name it. Never lags or drops connection. Have always been able to talk both ways too.. For up to 5 and a half hours once too. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone else.
