Have had ACN for about 6 months for our business and it is the biggest mistake ever. The phone needs to be reset constantly, hold times for service are incredibly long and the rep who sold this junk to me disappeared. It is so bad I will probably pay early termination to get out of my contract. I don't know if all VoIP is the bad but I am going back to a traditional land line. Stay away from ACN - they are only paid to sell and recruit and there is no after the sale service.

ACN service
Wed, 09/09/2009 - 20:26 — Laurie DavisReally, ACN service is no worse then any other service I have had with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sears, etc... wait time is always longer then we have because we are all so busy! I had an issue with my video and it was cleared up after a few calls. Seriously, what happened to waiting your turn? What happened to patience? I remember when we first got a color TV. It did not work. It took several calls to the store and resetting this and that, and it worked for the most part. Sure the faces were a little green and the bodies a little squatty, but it was COLOR! The Video phone is very new. There is another model coming out the first of the year. It will be better then the last, just like the computer, printers, cell phones, etc! Technology improves with each model. So, we have a choice, never try new tecnology, or enjoy and tolerate it being tweeked.
