Almost every provider can work with your Pap2 device as long as it is not locked (Vonage locks). Most providers though will recommend that you purchase a phone rather than the pap2, as many problems can arise from this box.

Most voip providers should be able to support your Pap2t. I use one for my business with nextiva.
