I'm an old timer--I usually have to ask my son for help, but not this time! And the pricing is great too (but go with the annual plan because there's a discount). I was a bit perplexed at where to begin, but after reading their Userguide, I managed to find my way around the control panel. Their customer support is always there to pick up (they are based in the US and they speak English). I spoke with a representative for about 10 minutes one day and he guided me through the Queue process then we chatted about baseball for the remaining time. Can't beat that!I was able to get an 877 number plus a local number to receive faxes (they get emailed to me) for my business. I made my own recordings and everything is working like a charm! I am so pleased that I have recommended them to many other small business owners. |
