Vonics == voice mail jail

This company keeps saying they are improving things, but things never get better.   At least one day a week I have several hours where my name server can't resolve vonics.com or vonnic.net.   Check their settings and you can see why.   Everything is messed up.    The results is a high level of unavailablity. Any attempts to contact them just reach voice mail jail.   Their technical department sometimes will talk with you, but don't actually know anything.   They also have no idea how to tell you or even how they can contact anyone else in the company. They continually bill for things not ordered, services not provided and for providing what is already paid for in the service agreement.It would be especially stupid to get involved with this company for providing corporate services.
