Previously I found Voipcheap to be a fantastic service, and used it without complaint for over a year. The quality was better than many other voip providers and the company delivered everything it promised. Then several months ago I noticed I was been charged more than double the maximum stated price for sms sending, and my "free" allowance was never updated. I contacted the company by e-mail but never received a reply. In the last month I have lost all ability to make telephone calls or send sms messages through voipcheap, despite having credit. Once again, my correspondence with the company remains unanswered. While I previously would have recommended Voipcheap to other people, today my opinion is very different and would warn others not to entrust their money to Voipcheap or any of the many other named services the company provides
