Vocalocity came in very handy for us last year.  My company lost its lease unexpectedly and we were forced to move out without really being able to warn our customers.  Thankfully, clients were able to call our number, even during the move process, and get in touch with us. All I did was put a couple of my sales people in my home office with 2 internet connections and had them take calls during the move. I hate to think about how much good will we would have sacrificed without it.Overall I've been pretty happy with their service.  Setting up VoIP phones can sometimes be a pain in the neck, but that's the nature of the beast and the tech support staff have always been easy to work with.  When we had problems with our phones they went out of their way to look at our network setup and track down the problem.  I'd recommend this company to anyone.
