WOW....can I tell you?  Had Vonics service for my small business for about a year now.  At first they were great, answered their phones, e-mails, etc, as a normal business should.  As soon as the Sunrocket fiasco happened, their customer service went to s***!My service has been in and out for months, in addition to the fax line NEVER working properly.  I got a few e-mails from them apologizing for their service delays and other miscellaneous garbage they chose to send out to their customers.  Some of the e-mails came from ***@vonics.com and some (suspiciously) came from vonics@gmail.com.  HmmmmmMy service is now defunct; it has been out for at least 2 weeks. When trying to call my number, I get "the number you are calling has been disconnected".  Seriously?  My attempts to rectify have been futile!   They no longer answer their phones or e-mails.  Don't even think about opening a ticket from their "helpdesk", because that will go unnoticed as well. Oh yeah.....I can no longer log into my account on their site.   I am now an "invalid user".  I even went so far as to send them a letter to cancel my service in writing by certified mail. (Of course, double checking the ONLY address listed on the site.) Wouldn't you know it, when tracking the letter, the letter has been forwarded to an unknown address "per forwarding instructions" or "due to the address not being correct" on the letter.  WOW!  Seems like someone is trying to pull a fast one!Hmmm, where to go from here?   Promptly filed complaints with the FTC and the FCC, oh...and let's not forget my credit card company!  Oh yeah....almost forgot...Vonics TRIPLE billed me last month is is now BLOCKED from future billings!Just a word (or several) of advice.....DON'T DO IT!
