RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pro's:

cheap, good voice quality

Con's:

unrelilable, NO customer service, service is down ALOT. unexplained charges.

I joined after the Sunrocket disaster. Price was great. However there is NO customer support. The whole system has been totally down at least twice for several days in the past year. Including their web site. Enough dropped calls. voice mail doesn't work most of the time. I have 2 months left on my subscription and for some reason now they are charging me per minute even thou I haven't come anywhere close to my monthly use limit. Still waiting for an explaination about this 72 hours later after e-mailing and 2 phone calls that go to answering machine. If you are fool enought to join be sure to check your credit card for unexplained charges from these people. They might be going out of business so I would be wary.
