Vonage has progressivly slipped all the way to the bottom of the pond. The SUPPORT or lack of is the WORST I have ever experienced. After 20 minutes they just hang up on you. More than once so it must be COMPANY POLICY! NoBody can speak ENGLISH as a first language. There is no supervisor escalation because there are no SUPERVISORS!! It is a typical case of the idoiots leading the fools. There is no support because nobody is at the helm, just a bunch of robots reading from a company script.
